About the Role

Role - Customer Service Associate

Surventis is looking for a Customer Service Associate to support our Customer Service and Supply Chain operations. The role involves managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through timely order processing and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities, including order processing and customer support.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Warehouse teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Support recent customer onboarding and product sample coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data in SAP.
- Prepare reports and monitor service-related KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support digitization initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient customer service operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 27 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP (SD module preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- SAP ERP experience.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Customer Service operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, paints, coatings, or industrial businesses will be an advantage.
