Position Summary
The National Sales Head will develop and execute national sales strategy, lead regional teams, expand distribution, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue and market share targets across India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop national sales strategy and budgets.
Lead, recruit, train and mentor Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives.
¢ Appoint and manage Super Stockists, Distributors and Channel Partners.
¢ Drive business growth and market expansion.
¢ Manage key hospital, institutional and retail accounts.
¢ Monitor sales performance, collections and KPIs.
¢ Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and HR.




¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
KPIs
National Sales Revenue, Sales Growth, Market Share, Distributor Expansion, Secondary Sales, Collection Efficiency, Team Productivity, Product Launch Success, Customer Retention.
Qualifications
MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or related field.
Experience
1015+ years in Pharma/Nutraceutical/Healthcare sales with at least 5 years in a National Sales leadership role.
