2. Fill in for Fund Managers as and when required in interactions with Distribution / partners
3. Adopt the top relationships in each zone for detailed insights and performance management
4. Enhance team knowledge through repeated engagements and gamification of information
5. Provide Investment AdviseOffer tailored investment strategies based on customers ficial goals, risk tolerance and market conditions. Products include MF with focus on PMS, AIF s and Passives.
6. Support Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to expand alternatives passives strategies.

Collaborate with Internal Teamswork with analytics and relationship managers, channel heads to deliver holistic solutions.
8. Conduct Training Sessions and Huddles for internal Sales Teams and distributors to upgrade knowledge on products.
9. Product Pitching Develop and implement a common pitch for specific products, ensuring consistent communication across the zone.
10. Market IntelligenceGather feedback on competitor products, positioning and market trends to inform the investment team.
