- Handle customer queries via calls in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO voice process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
