Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong negotiation and vendor management skills? Join our growing team as a Procurement Executive and play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify purchasing requirements and source reliable suppliers.
- Obtain, compare, and evaluate quotations from vendors.
- Prepare Quotations (QTS) and purchase-related documentation.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory requirements and support stock planning.
- Resolve supplier issues and ensure smooth procurement operations.




- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill procurement needs.
- Focus on cost optimization without compromising quality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in Procurement or Purchase.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
