- Strong accounting and financial management knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

- Handle end-to-end accounting operations
- Monitor daily accounting transactions and reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy of books of accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Budgeting & Cost Control

- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Monitor departmental expenses and control cost leakages
- Support management in financial planning and profitability analysis

MIS & Reporting

- Generate periodic MIS reports for management review
- Present financial analysis and operational insights
- Track KPIs, cash flow, working capital and business performance

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and government authorities
- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory reports

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Monitor vendor payments and customer receivables
- Ensure proper verification,



approvals and documentation
- Control outstanding balances and payment cycles

Internal Controls & Audit

- Strengthen internal financial controls and SOP adherence
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Identify financial risks and implement corrective measures

ERP & System Management

- Work on ERP/accounting software modules
- Improve reporting systems and accounting processes
- Support digitalization and automation initiatives

Team Handling

- Lead and supervise accounts team
- Ensure productivity, discipline and process compliance
- Train and mentor junior finance staff
