We are looking for a driven Sales Development to join our enterprise sales team. This is a targeted, account-based role not mass outreach. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects within defined target accounts for our WMS and TMS product lines. You will work closely with the Enterprise Sales Manager, jointly owning the pipeline from first contact through to commercial discussions.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Targeted Cold Calling Structured outbound calls to pre-identified accounts; weekly connect and conversation quotas
2. Email Campaign Execution Sequenced, personalised outreach to target account lists; tracking open and reply rates
3. Demo Booking Convert outreach into confirmed discovery or demo slots with relevant stakeholders
4. Demo Delivery Conduct or co-deliver product demos for WMS/TMS; handle first-level product questions independently
5. Deal Progression Move qualified deals from demo stage to commercial discussion stage
6. CRM Hygiene All activity logged accurately; pipeline status kept current at all times

Must-Have Skills





- Impactful verbal communication in Hindi and English client-facing, persuasive, confident
- Cold calling structured pitch, objection handling, gatekeeper navigation
- Targeted outreach account-based approach with research before reach-out; not mass blast
- Email sequencing and follow-up discipline
- SaaS product demo delivery, or strong demonstrated aptitude to learn
- Strong presentation skills ability to build and deliver compelling product decks
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritise across simultaneous outreach and demo workloads
- CRM discipline prior Zoho CRM experience preferred
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of city for client meetings

Valuable to Have

- Prior experience selling WMS, TMS, or any supply chain SaaS product
- Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles IT, operations, and procurement stakeholders
- Basic understanding of warehouse workflows or fleet/transport management
