What you'll do

- Assist in market research, data gathering, competitor analysis and product development documentation.
- Support in defining product roadmaps, user stories and feature enhancements.
- Monitor and optimise daily operational workflows to ensure business efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
- Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics.
- Coordinate between stakeholders for the right deliverables.
