Role & responsibilities

You'll be responsible for managing client uniform programs, supporting customer onboarding, maintaining product catalogues and working closely with both clients and our development team to continually improve the platform.

- Add, update and manage products within client stores.
- Configure uniform programs, employee allocations and user accounts.
- Complete bulk user imports and client onboarding.
- Resolve escalated platform issues for clients and internal teams.
- Liaise with the development team to report issues, test new features and provide feedback.
- Keep clients informed of new platform releases and improvements.
- Attend onboarding meetings and assist with platform demonstrations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and platform functionality.

We're looking for someone with:

- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS operations, platform administration or customer success.




- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Confidence working with both clients and software developers.

Experience with Shopify, B2B eCommerce, ERP systems, QA testing or project management tools such as Jira or Asana will be highly regarded.
