Job Overview

We are hiring Technical Support Associates for a US Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service over calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls from US customers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Resolve issues related to internet connectivity, software, hardware, devices, and applications.
- Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant support teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria





- 0–3 years of experience in International BPO (US/UK Voice Process).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and technical aptitude may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting concepts.
- Comfortable working in US rotational/night shifts.
