Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer for GenAI Application Support is responsible for end-to-end engineering support of production GenAI applications, including code-level fixes, performance optimization, and platform enhancements.

This role operates at the intersection of application, AI models, and platform engineering, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of GenAI systems in production.

Technical Skills

- Robust Full Stack Development experience:
- Backend: Python, Java/Spring Boot
- Frontend: React, Angular, Node Js
- Expertise in API development (REST/GraphQL) and microservices
- Hands-on with GenAI concepts:
- LLMs, RAG pipelines,prompt engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)




- Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL)

GenAI & Platform Awareness

- Understanding of: Generative AI technologies, LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Model lifecycle (versioning, deployment)
- Data ingestion & vector databases
- AI reliability risks (drift, hallucination, bias)

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and RCA mindset
- Ability to work in high-pressure production support environments
- Effective communication and cross-team coordination
