Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years of experience in developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITSM modules (Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management) and ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for automating tasks within ServiceNow.
- Experience with Glide or other visual design tools for creating user interfaces for custom applications.
