Role & responsibilities

Service Delivery: Lead the successful delivery of project management services across mulple clients, ensuring alignment with client goals and objecves.

- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to drive performance and growth.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relaonships with clients, acng as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resoluon, and overall service quality.
- Resource Allocaon: Opmize resource ulizaon and ensure project teams are adequately staffed and equipped for success.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement best pracces, frameworks, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effecveness of PM delivery.
- Risk Management: Idenfy potenal risks and develop migaon plans to ensure project success.
- Reporng: Prepare detailed status reports and present them to stakeholders, highlighng progress, challenges, and key achievements.
- Budget Management:



Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial objecves are met.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in , Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

- Proven experience in AV project management, preferably in a AV project and service-oriented or consulng setting.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Cerficaon in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communicaon abilies to interact effecvely with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
- Exceponal problem-solving and decision-making capabilies.
