In Incumbent will be handling Unsecured Loan-Risk& Policy for 1 or more Consumption and Personal loans portfolios. Incumbentis also expected to help maintain minimum loss rates for Loan portfolios and atthe same time figure out opportunities to increase portfolio size.
1. PR PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
DataAnalytics
Analyze data to identify high risk segmentsto limit and decrease loss rates.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identifyinteresting data trend/ insights.
Carryout deep dive analysis on datato identify cross-sell or product bundling chance.
ModelValidation
Build/Validate statistical scoring modelson Unsecured lending portfoliosthat would aid in customer segmentation.
Policyformulation
Develop new policies for new partners andchannels (Acquisition & Line management)
Review and update policies for existingpartners in case of any change.
Workwith tech team to design test and implementation for any changes (partnerrelated or regulatory) in policies.
Portfolio Management
ConstantlyEvaluate portfolio performance.
Benchmarkto Industry Standards.
LossManagement
MonitorCL portfolio on a daily/weekly basis for any increase in risk (loss rates)
Forecastloss for CL portfolios
StakeholderManagement
Interactingwith cross functional teams and driving the credit policy agenda and ensuringcorrect implementation of credit policy guidelines in origination system anddecisioning platforms
Lead discussions withexternal stakeholders/ channel partners during engagement calls
1 . SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
a) Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering/Postgraduate in Finance/Statistics/Data (with knowledge of Statistics andPython/R)
Pref Preferred Qualification: MS/ MBA (with knowledge ofStatistics and Python/R)
b) Work Experience
3-7 years
Experience in Risk Management.
Experience in unsecured lending
Skills: R/Python,SQL , Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables
