ROLE - Associate to Head of Strategy, Strategy & Revenue Operations

REPORTS TO - Abhijeet Khare, Head of Strategy

SCHEDULE - 6 days WFO (Mon to Sat; Mayapuri, Delhi)

TRAVEL - Up to 2 weeks/month to Kishangarh, Rajasthan

EXPERIENCE - 1-2 years

COMPENSATION - Rs. 8 LPA

The Role

Ninety Degree Stones is scaling revenue across retail, architect-led, export, and hospitality channels. This role works directly alongside the Head of Strategy, with regular exposure to the Managing Director, and is expected to make that scaling actually happen on the ground.

Your job is to analyse, execute, and coordinate: read what the numbers say, decide what they mean, and make sure the team delivers against plan.

You'll get full exposure to how a manufacturing organisation actually runs sales, ops, marketing, and plant-side execution.

What You'll Own

- Sales Analysis - Read pipeline, conversion, and channel data across all four channels and spot the gaps.
- Execution Follow-Through - Once a decision is made, you own getting it done chase, unblock, confirm closure.
- Team Coordination - Ensure SOPs and processes are actually being followed on the ground,



not just documented regardless of who you're following up with.
- GTM Support - Support architect/designer engagement and UHNI outreach research, prep, follow-through.
- On-Ground Presence - Sit in the rooms, capture the decisions, travel to Kishangarh when the work needs eyes on ground.

Background

- 1-2 years in strategy/ops consulting, sales operations, founder's office / chief-of-staff tracks, or business analyst roles with real accountability for outcomes.
- Comfortable working extensively with AI tools as part of daily work.
- Fluent in the Google Suite and MS Suite
- Domain exposure to building materials, luxury retail, or architect/designer channels is a plus, not a requirement.
