Responsibilities:

- To develop the strategic plan for Wealth Management to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, including manpower productivity, and suggest/ implement improvements.
- Direct product development efforts and oversee the successful implementation of current products and services tailored for Wealth Management clients.
- To meet the Business/sales targets for the region on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Volume(nos. ), MS (%) and Turnover( Rs)
- Supervise Wealth Managers in the growth, acquisition, and retention of high-net-worth clients.
- Lead a team of Cluster Heads and relationship managers providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to drive cohesive regional operations.
- Develop a strong team through effective recruitment, training and grooming potential for succession planning of key positions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Must have Wealth Management and Team Handling Experience.
- Minimum 10-12 years experience
- Able to build own team.
