Job Title: Operations Executive u2013 ISP (Lease Line & Fiber Network)

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing lease line feasibility, overseeing fiber network connectivity, and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints. The role requires coordination with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high service quality and network uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lease Line Feasibility:

- Conduct feasibility for current lease line requests (last mile & backbone).
- Coordinate with field teams for route survey and fiber availability.
- Analyze technical requirements including bandwidth, distance, and infrastructure.
- Provide feasibility reports with cost estimation and timelines.
- Suggest alternate solutions in case of non-feasibility.

2. Fiber Network Connectivity:

- Monitor and manage fiber network infrastructure (FTTH/FTTx/Lease Line).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for fiber laying, splicing, and testing.
- Ensure proper documentation of fiber routes and network diagrams.
- Support network expansion and upgradation projects.
- Maintain uptime and minimize downtime through proactive monitoring.

3. Complaint Handling & Resolution:

- Handle customer complaints related to connectivity, downtime, and performance.
- Coordinate with NOC, field engineers, and service teams for quick resolution.




- Track complaints through ticketing systems and ensure SLA adherence.

4. Coordination & Reporting:

- Work closely with Sales, NOC, and technical teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on feasibility, connectivity, and complaints.
- Escalate critical issues to higher management when required.

Key Skills Required:

- Knowledge of ISP operations, lease line, and fiber networks
- Understanding of networking basics (IP, routing, switching)
- Familiarity with NOC tools and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / Bacheloru2019s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field

Experience:

- 1u20134 years of experience in ISP operations / telecom / network support
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also be considered

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in lease line provisioning and fiber planning
- Knowledge of tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar NMS
- Field coordination experience will be an added advantage "
