Role & Responsibilities:

- a) Solicitation of clients ;
- b) Client database management ;
- c) Scanning the shipping market and the current trends ;
- Deal with Buyers/Sellers Broker;
- b) Negotiation on the price
- Document Inspection: In order to check for the compliances fulfillment, insurance, maintenance of the ship over the years at the sellers end and other legal documents attached to the sale and purchase of the ship.
- b) Ship Inspection: Getting the Inspection of the ship as a whole including its underwater parts and ship’s bottom by a certified surveyor company.
- Signing of Memorandum of Agreement;
- Change of ownership documents
- Delivery of the ship as per the size and type of the ship
