Role & responsibilities

- Should have handson experience in Adobe in Design, Photoshop, CorelDraw and Illustrator.
- Collaborate with authors, editors, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Develop expertise in book publishing processes and procedures.
- Should have handsigning skills, especially with design and photo editing software.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on a timely basis.
- Knowledge of publishing with regard to the specification of page size, binding and cutting area (Trim and Bleeds), and processing formats for color printing.
- Layout sensitivity knowledge of Fonts.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in formatting, typesetting, and design elements.
- Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the production process

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have handson exp. on Childerns & School Books (K1-12)
- Proficient in InDesign, CorelDraw, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Should be able to type in English ,Hindi & Math languages.
- Excellent Creative confident DTP operator preferably from a textbook publishing/printing Industry
