Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end expatriate and individual tax compliance engagements, including tax computations, withholding tax, and income tax returns.
- Provide advisory support on employee taxation, global mobility, social security, and recent labour code regulations.
- Lead client engagements, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and stakeholder management.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, RFP responses, and practice growth initiatives.
- Mentor and manage team members while overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
