Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years' experience in retail management or related field (apparel/lifestyle/luxury sales).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams towards success.
- Strong communication skills with ability to motivate staff at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury apparels products.
