Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, develop, and support the integration between SAP Ariba and Beeline using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role will be responsible for defining the integration architecture, developing secure APIs and interfaces, ensuring data consistency, and supporting end-to-end testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement integration solutions between SAP Ariba and Beeline using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Build and maintain iFlows, APIs, and event-driven integrations.
- Configure and manage SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, and Integration Suite components.
- Define integration patterns, mappings, transformations, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Work closely with Ariba, Beeline, security, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Ensure secure authentication and authorization using OAuth, SAML, certificates, and SAP BTP security services.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
- Produce technical design documents, interface specifications, and operational runbooks.
- Follow SAP best practices for governance, monitoring, and integration lifecycle management.





Required Skills

- 8+ years of SAP integration experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Experience integrating SAP Ariba with external SaaS applications.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, OData, JSON, XML, and API Management.
- Knowledge of event-based integrations and middleware architecture.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSL certificates, and secure API design.
- Understanding of procurement and contingent workforce business processes.
- Solid troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience integrating SAP Ariba with Beeline or Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Knowledge of SAP Extension Suite and SAP Event Mesh.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Connector.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, or SAP Fieldglass integrations.
