We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Associate with 3–6 years of relevant experience in data analytics or data science. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, experience working with large datasets, and the capability to derive actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop analytical models and generate insights to support business objectives.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations.
- Ensure data quality,
consistency, and accuracy throughout the analytics lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with SQL and Python/R is preferred.
- Familiarity with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
