SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to todays toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence





- Strong understanding of rooftop solar ecosystems, including residential RTS/PM Surya Ghar processes, consumer journeys, subsidy flows, vendor networks, DISCOM approvals, and common installation bottlenecks. Ability to translate MNRE and state-level policy directions into city execution plans with clear milestones for awareness, demand aggregation, application support, approvals, installation, and post-installation follow-up. Experienced in coordinating across state departments, DISCOMs, ULBs, vendors, financiers, and households to resolve inter-agency dependencies and drive conversion from demand to completed installations. Proficient in tracking city-wise performance through MIS, dashboards, and funnel-based reviews to identify drop-offs, pending approvals, escalation points, and overall implementation health. Skilled in operational problem-solving, including review cadence management, training coordination, issue escalation, documentation, and corrective action planning for field-level execution challenges.

Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical

Experience

- Project Management (6+ years)
- Technical Writing (2+ years)
