We are searching for a Data Analytics Specialist (Sr Executive) for a Digital media company based in Delhi.

Role & responsibilities :

- Develop dashboards and business performance reports for leadership.
- Analyse revenue, user, content and operational metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Build KPI frameworks and monitor business performance across teams.
- Partner with Business, Finance, Product, Revenue, Marketing and HR to solve business problems using data.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses, forecasting, and trend identification to support strategic initiatives.
- Automate reporting and improve data governance and reporting efficiency.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics,



Strategy or Consulting.
- Candidates from leading consulting firms or high-growth digital, media or consumer internet companies preferred.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in translating data into business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel and Power BI/Tableau; Python is an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field; MBA from a premier institute is preferred.
