- Support the design of end-to-end user experiences across finance, payments, loyalty programs, and AI-driven interfaces.

- Create user flows, wireframes, low- to mid-fidelity prototypes, and UI specifications under senior designer guidance.

- Translate complex financial processes and AI workflows into transparent, simple, and intuitive experiences.

- Assist in designing experiences related to payments, EMIs, settlements, and transaction history.

- Ensure designs emphasize clarity, trust, transparency, and compliance, especially in financial and AI interactions.

- Contribute to UX patterns for AI-driven systems such as conversational and chatbot flows.

- Validate design decisions using user feedback, analytics, and qualitative insights, collaborating with product owners, developers, QA, and AI engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical constraints.

- Work closely with senior UX/UI designers to maintain design system consistency and brand standards,



participating in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and design reviews from a UX perspective.

- Follow established design systems, UX standards, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG), ensuring consistent user experiences across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.

Job Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of experience in UX/UI design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Solid understanding of UX principles and usability heuristics.

- Experience with information architecture and interaction design.

- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.

- Basic understanding of AI/Chatbot UX patterns and conversational design.
