Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to candidate closure.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of profiles against assigned mandates.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in recruitment,



talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience hiring across different industries and functions is preferred.
- Good sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
