About the Role-

We are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine Generalist with strong expertise in

VR development and real-time optimization for standalone XR devices. The ideal

candidate should be capable of developing, optimizing, and implementing high-

quality visual effects while maintaining secure performance on standalone VR

hardware.

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and maintain VR experiences using Unreal Engine.

• Create and optimize real-time VFX using niagara cascade ue5

• Optimize environments, materials, lighting, shaders, and particle systems for

standalone VR platforms.

• Profile and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks (CPU, GPU, memory, draw calls).

• Work closely with artists, designers, and developers to achieve visual quality targets

within performance budgets. .

Candidate should have proven experience in:

• Niagara optimization for mobile VR.

• Particle count budgeting.

• Material instruction reduction.

• Draw call optimization.

• Texture streaming optimization.

• GPU profiling.

• CPU optimization.

• Memory optimization.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must submit:

• Unreal Engine portfolio.

• Video recordings of shipped projects.

• Examples of optimized Niagara effects.

• Performance profiling screenshots (preferred).

• GitHub or technical showcase links (if available).
