- Advise and support clients on POSH compliance, workplace policies, and Internal Committee (IC) procedures
- Conduct POSH awareness sessions and IC training programmes for corporates and institutions
- Handle employment & labour law matters, including HR policies, audits, disciplinary proceedings, and workplace disputes
- Draft, vet, and review employment contracts, workplace policies, and compliance frameworks
Desired Profile
- 4-10 years of experience in employment law or related field (LLB - Bachelor of Laws).
- Solid knowledge of labour laws, legal documentation, legal drafting, POSH compliance, POSH training, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and conflict resolution.
