Role & responsibilities ;

For Voice Process:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries professionally via phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements, analyze issues, and provide accurate first-contact resolutions (FCR).
- Maintain high standard metrics including CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and handle time parameters.
- Escalation management: Route unresolved queries to higher-tier technical/support teams promptly.

For Non-Voice Process:

- Assist customers via Email, Live Chat, or Web Ticketing channels.
- Deliver rapid, accurate, and structured written responses to customer inquiries.
- Multi-task across multiple chat windows/tickets while maintaining typing speed and accuracy.
- Maintain clean documentation and accurately tag customer interaction history in CRM tools.

Preferred candidate profile ;

- Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) Freshers, Pursuing graduation (Distance/Correspondence), or Full Graduates/Postgraduates.
- Experience: Open to Freshers (0 years) as well as Experienced professionals (up to 5+ years).
- Shift Flexibility:



Must be comfortable with 24/7 Rotational Shifts, including mandatory night shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Typing Speed (For Non-Voice): Minimum 3035 WPM with 90%+ accuracy.
- Traits: Customer-centric mindset, quick learner, patient, and able to work under target metrics.
