We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our organization's information technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security and availability, overseeing IT projects, supporting business applications, and leading a small to medium-sized IT team. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic planning to support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems and applications.
- Lead and mentor the IT support and infrastructure team.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee IT asset management, software licensing, and vendor relationships.
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives, including automation
- Manage cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, and backup/disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
- Monitor IT budgets, optimize costs,



and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for support and procurement.
- Prepare periodic reports on IT performance, risks, and improvement initiatives for management.

Competencies:

- Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, firewalls, backup solutions, and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise business applications.
- Experience in IT project management and vendor management.
- Strong understanding IT governance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
