Job Description - Considering the Farm to Fresh Concept

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the overall brand growth of Farmery by developing and executing marketing strategies across online and offline channels. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, market expansion, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives for Modern Trade and organized retail channels.
- Lead end-to-end marketing activities for new product development and launches.
- Work closely with Sales, R&D;, Packaging, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product commercialization.
- Manage D2C marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, customer engagement, CRM, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign execution.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.




- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness through defined KPIs.
- Support brand communication, packaging development, and promotional activities across all touchpoints.

- Achieve brand growth and market penetration targets.
- Successful execution of new product launches within defined timelines.
- Increase customer acquisition, repeat purchase, and retention through D2C channels.
- Strengthen Up-to-date Trade visibility and in-store marketing execution.
