Key Responsibilities:
Patient counselling & coordination
Front desk & appointment management
Explain treatment & pricing
Drive conversions & revenue
Handle patient queries & ensure satisfaction
Eligibility:
HSC / Graduate
Positive communication skills
Customer service / sales experience preferred
Basic Excel knowledge
Work Schedule: 6 days working (including Sunday), 1 weekday off,
Any 8 hours shift between 7am to 9pm
