Key Deliverables

- Develop web design & digital strategies that align with the organization's business goals
- Responsible for regular upgrading the FIL Group websites and maintaining it, keeping best practices in mind
- Prepare lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, and testing along with delivery to product management.
- Prepare architecture plus lead efforts to develop a technical roadmap of all projects
- Continuous initiatives to improve & increase engagement on the corporate website to reflect brand values &create; an enhanced consumer engagement
- Responsible for enhancing the organic traffic on the website /related social platforms, content optimization, and monitoring search engine rankings
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns,



and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Set process for maintenance and periodic updates of information on the company's website Introduce engagement-building initiatives in the digital world strong engagement scores
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify current opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative content, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
- Establish and maintain backup procedures to ensure that website data and files are regularly backed up and can be restored in case of data loss or system failures.
