Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Civil Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements while coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and implement Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) processes for civil construction activities.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
- Monitor civil works including foundations, structural works, concrete works, excavation, reinforcement, and finishing activities.
- Review and approve construction materials, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
- Perform site inspections and ensure adherence to project quality standards and safety requirements.
- Identify quality issues, initiate corrective actions, and track resolution of non-conformities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project quality standards.




- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, checklists, and documentation for project audits.
- Ensure testing of construction materials such as concrete, aggregates, steel, and other civil materials as per standards.
- Support project commissioning and handover activities with complete quality documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6 10 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance for civil construction projects.
- Strong experience in industrial projects, power projects, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
- Good knowledge of IS codes, construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and inspection processes.
- Experience in handling contractors and site quality management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Robust documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
