MEP Engineer Plumbing (Commercial Mall Construction Project)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Engineer with a strong focus on plumbing systems for a commercial mall construction project.

The role involves planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing plumbing works in line with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial building services and the ability to manage site execution efficiently.

- Supervise and execute plumbing works for the commercial mall project as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution of MEP plumbing activities.
- Review plumbing drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor installation of water supply, drainage, storm water, sewage, and fire-fighting piping systems.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning,



and handover of plumbing systems.
- Inspect site work regularly to maintain quality, safety, and progress standards.
- Prepare material requirements, track site consumption, and coordinate procurement with the project team.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and support timely completion of plumbing works.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and coordination logs.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems in commercial buildings and mall construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Positive understanding of water supply, drainage, sewage, storm water, and fire-fighting systems.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and construction practices
