We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our FOFO stores across Delhi/NCR and Punjab. The role involves ensuring smooth store operations, driving business performance, maintaining brand standards, managing franchise relationships, and leading operational readiness for new store openings.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of FOFO stores across the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor sales, customer experience, inventory, and store performance.
- Build robust relationships with franchise partners and provide operational support.
- Lead end-to-end operational activities for new store openings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful store launches.
- Conduct store audits, business reviews, and implement improvement plans.
- Train and support store teams to enhance operational excellence.
Preferred candidate profile
- 58 years of experience in retail operations with exposure to store operations management.
- Experience in managing multi-store operations and new store openings.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR and Punjab.
