- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux Server Administration.
- Strong experience with RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu administration.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise storage (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions (Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, IBM Spectrum Protect, etc.).
- Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi administration.
- Knowledge of Linux hardening, patch management, and system security.
- Experience with LVM, NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, and Multipathing.
- Familiarity with shell scripting (Bash) and automation tools such as Ansible is preferred.
- Good understanding of disaster recovery, high availability, and enterprise data center operations.
- Robust troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, or backup/storage certifications are preferred.
