Job description

1. Review design concept, calculations, drawings to the accuracy of design intent, Code Compliance and customer requirements.

2. Making cost effective design to compensate cost control.
Heat load Preparation of technical submittals of various materials, equipment etc.

3. Making Chilled Water P&Id;, Proper Indent HVAC equipment. As per design. Preparing the project schedule and follow-up with the Project Supervisor to execute the Project.

4. Vendor Coordination- getting quotes as per the requirement, finalisation, technical data check of products, ordering & delivery coordination

5. Making Design & selection of Ducting, Piping, AHU, FFU, Air Scrubber, Air washer, Exhaust Air Unit, TFA Selection of Cooling coil & Evaporative coil, HVAC Equipment. Selection of Fan, Motor, Filter

6. Clean Room Design as per ISHRAE & ASHRAE. Cold Room Design, Industrial Ventilation System Design

7. Making Coordination drawing With Section. Selection of Indoor and Outdoor units.

Knowledge of Ventilation Designing, Duct designing ( Equal friction method or Velocity Reduction method ), VRF Designing, Chiller Designing,

9. Schematics and BOQ Preparation-Tendering from making to closure from client/Architect.

10. Meetings with Architect, Client, Builder, Vendors for Project/Product finalisation.

11. Ability to understand the GA Drawings, TDS, Specifications as per the client requirement.

12. calculation after building survey using CARRIER and ASHRAE standards by manuals and by latest HVAC ASHRAE E20 Form.

13. Calculation of blower CFM, air distribution duct design following SMACNA and DW142 duct design codes, selection of diffusers, grilles G.I sheet etc. (McQuay Software)

14. Ducting & Piping, Hanging Estimation As per drawing

15. Valuable communication skill & ready to travel at PAN India level for work.
