Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant who will help identify and connect with companies and brands in India /Asia that offer franchise opportunities. The role involves outreach, communication with brand representatives, and coordinating with the Strongchise leadership team to explore expansion opportunities in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify brands and companies in India that are offering franchise opportunities
- Reach out to brand representatives through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Introduce Strongchises franchise expansion and management services
- Maintain and organize lead data in Excel or CRM systems
- Schedule meetings between interested brands and the Strongchise management team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional communication
- Conduct basic research on franchise brands and their expansion plans
Requirements:
- 01 - 06 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, lead generation, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and brand representatives
- Ability to work independently from home
- Must have own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email communication, and LinkedIn
Preferred Skills:
- Interest or basic understanding of franchise businesses
- Good research and lead-generation skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
