Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Lightning Components.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Build scalable and reusable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Salesforce Technical Architect
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Lead technical solution design, architecture reviews, and implementation activities.
- Define application, integration, security,
and data architecture standards.
- Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL, and event-driven architectures.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across development teams.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in a Technical Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Automation, APIs, and Integration Patterns.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, governance, and scalability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Highly Preferred
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
- Salesforce Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer
