Strategic product identification

Strong brand development

Structured GTM strategy

Digital-first expansion

E-commerce and e-pharmacy commercialisation

This is a business growth + brand building role, not operational marketing.

1 OTC Portfolio Strategy (Primary Focus)

Identify profitable OTC product opportunities

Analyse competitor OTC landscape

Identify consumer-driven product gaps

Evaluate margin feasibility & scalability

Build OTC portfolio roadmap

2 Brand Development & Brand Building (Primary Focus)

Create a brand positioning framework

Develop brand story & value proposition

Define brand personality

Plan SKU strategy

Suggest pricing architecture





Create a differentiation strategy

3 GTM Strategy (Structured & Phased)

Develop complete Go-To-Market roadmap:

Phase 1 – Product readiness

Phase 2 – Trade + Online introduction

Phase 3 – Digital amplification

Channel-wise GTM:

Retail chemists

E-commerce

Quick commerce

E-pharmacies

Define launch calendar & promotional planning

4 Digital Expansion (Very Key)

Create a digital-first product strategy

Define online positioning

Develop:

Content for Product landing pages (QR-based brand storytelling)

Amazon/Flipkart/1mg listing optimisation

Coordinate with the creative team for:

Digital creatives
