Job Title: Sr. Tech Sourcers

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in talent sourcing, with a strong background in sourcing for product-based organizations.

Location: 1. Delhi (supporting India & Asia) &

2. Pan India (supporting Japan)

Mode of work: Can be remote

Shift: Should be flexible as per the supporting region

Duration: Full Time (expected to start by beginning of Aug)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tech Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality talent for product-based organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing professionals across Software Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI Design, User Research, Data & Analytics, and AI-related functions.

The Sourcer should have experience supporting organizations that operate under a product-based operating model, where cross-functional teams own products or platforms end-to-end and drive continuous innovation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent across multiple product and technology functions.
- Source candidates for roles including:
- Software Engineering (Full Stack, Front-end, Back-end)
- Product Management
- UX/UI Product Design
- User Research
- Data Engineering
- Data Analytics
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning
- Saas
- Cloud Technologies
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning




- Other technology and product-related roles as required.

- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize advanced Boolean, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement to assess interest and basic qualifications.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Continuously research talent markets, competitor organizations, and industry trends to improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Required Qualifications

- 58 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Proven experience sourcing for product-based companies.
- Strong understanding of modern product-based organizational structures and hiring practices.
- Experience sourcing technical and product talent across multiple disciplines.
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and talent mapping.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required. Workday experience is a plus.
