Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic background and solid accounting foundation.
- 1520 years of progressive experience in finance, controllership, and financial reporting.
- Prior experience in a listed company workplace, preferably within Technology, SaaS, Software Services, Internet, Travel Technology, or other high-growth global organizations.
- Strong expertise in Ind AS financial reporting and listed-company compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in financial consolidation, overseas subsidiaries, and multi-entity reporting.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with Big 4 or other leading audit firms.
- Ability to lead financial reporting, statutory compliance, governance, and audit management activities.
