We are hiring for Sales Assistant Manager for Noida and Bangalore location.
Job Description:
- Designation: Assistant Manager
- Location: Noida (Laxminagar), Bangalore (Koramangla)

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an on paper Assistant Manager in sales
- Qualification: Any graduate can apply
- Industry: Insurance
Note: Must have sales experience (Insurance preferred), this is a captive unit.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage team of team leaders, and supervising their teams as well,
2. Ensure process adherence, meet KPIs like AHT, CSAT, and quality scores,
3. Prepare and share daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports on performance,
4. Ensure adherence to company policies, data security and client SOPs, etc.
