Job Summary

Karmayogi Bharat is seeking an experienced Advisor Technology to lead the technology vision and architecture for the iGOT 2.0 platform. The role involves defining enterprise technology strategy, building AI-native and cloud-native platforms, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions for one of India's largest Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and evolve the overall technical architecture and long-term technology roadmap for the iGOT 2.0 platform.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks for scalable, modular, interoperable, and cloud-native systems.
- Design and implement service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices-based architectures.
- Architect AI-native capabilities, including LLM integration, model orchestration, vector search, retrieval systems, and AI-powered services.
- Define enterprise-wide data architecture, learning telemetry, scalable data pipelines, and governance mechanisms.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, resiliency, security, observability, and performance.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and solution validation across platform initiatives.
- Drive enterprise modernization while ensuring compliance with governance, accessibility, security, and public-sector technology standards.
- Collaborate with senior government stakeholders,



technology partners, system integrators, academia, and ecosystem participants.
- Support strategic technology planning, technical procurement, vendor management, and architecture decision-making.
- Promote the adoption of open standards and responsible AI practices across government ecosystems.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 10–12+ years of experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms based on microservices and cloud-native architecture.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience building AI-enabled products, LLM-based applications, and up-to-date AI ecosystems.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems, enterprise integrations, and Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI).
- Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Model Orchestration, and AI governance.
- Exposure to Government platforms, Public Digital Infrastructure, EdTech, HRTech, LMS, or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) is highly desirable.
- Experience driving enterprise modernization initiatives while ensuring compliance, accessibility, and security standards.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, communication, and mentoring skills.
