Position Title: Promoter Thai Food Products Specialist

Location: Physical retail store outlet(s) (LOTS Wholesale Solutions / Premium Retail Outlets- Delhi NCR)

Campaign Partner: This promotion is being conducted in collaboration with the Thai Trade Department, Delhi, to showcase and promote authentic Thai food products and ingredients to Indian consumers.

Key Highlight: This is a unique opportunity to be part of an international food promotion initiative conducted in collaboration with the Thai Trade Department, Delhi, while gaining valuable experience in food marketing, retail promotions, and customer engagement.

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to represent Thai food products at retail outlets during a month-long promotional campaign. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, cooking, and customer engagement, with the ability to educate shoppers on the use of Thai ingredients in:

- Authentic Thai cuisine
- Pan-Asian cuisine
- Fusion recipes combining Thai and Indian flavors

The role involves product demonstrations, customer interaction, food sampling preparation, and driving product awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Product Promotion & Sales





- Actively engage with walk-in customers and introduce Thai food products.
- Explain product features, advantages, ingredients, and usage.
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and cooking needs.
- Drive product sales and achieve campaign objectives.

Culinary Demonstration & Sampling

- Prepare simple food samples using Thai ingredients for customer tasting.
- Demonstrate how products can be used in Thai, Pan-Asian, and Indo-Thai fusion dishes.
- Cut and prepare fruits and basic ingredients for sampling activities.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards during demonstrations.

Customer Education

- Explain the campaign objectives and promotional offers to customers.
- Share cooking tips, recipe ideas, and serving suggestions.
- Educate customers on the versatility of Thai products in everyday Indian cooking.

Brand Representation

- Represent the campaign professionally and positively at all times.
- Ensure product displays remain attractive, stocked, and well-organized.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the campaign team
