Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Generate new business opportunities for Rooftop Solar EPC projects.
- Identify and approach Residential, Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers.
- Develop business through field visits, referrals, channel partners, consultants, architects, RWAs, builders, and corporate clients.
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM.

Customer Relationship Management

- Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits along with technical teams.
- Deliver presentations and explain CAPEX, RESCO, and other business models where applicable.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Market Development

- Identify new markets and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with electrical contractors, EPC consultants, architects, industries, educational institutions,



hospitals, hotels, and commercial establishments.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company's solar solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Tender & Government Business

- Identify government and institutional rooftop solar opportunities.
- Coordinate with the tender team for bid participation and documentation.
- Maintain relationships with DISCOMs, consultants, and government agencies.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
- Ensure smooth project handover after order confirmation.
- Support customers during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.

Reporting

- Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, customer visit reports, and monthly sales forecasts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
