Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and Boolean searches.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment reports, ATS records, and candidate databases.
- Stay updated with technology trends and current hiring market conditions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
