Job description

Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Understand client business processes and recommend appropriate product configurations.

Collaborate with internal teams to design and validate solution architectures.

Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution documents, and RFP/RFQ responses.

Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business inputs into actionable insights.

Evaluate feasibility of client-specific customizations with development teams.

Stay updated with global regulatory frameworks such as GST, VAT, and E-Invoicing.

Perform competitor analysis and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

Support testing and validation of new product features before deployment.

Qualification & Skills

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or SaaS pre-sales, solution consulting,



or product demonstrations.

Sound understanding of Finance, Taxation (GST/VAT), and ERP business processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Exposure to E-Invoicing, payment automation, bank integrations, or ERP systems preferred.
